NORTHERN ASPECT CONSTRUCTION PICKS UP 12 TITLES AT 2017 HIA MIDWEST AWARDS (PRESS RELEASE - 31 August 2017)

Northern Aspect Construction has won big at the 2017 HIA Midwest Housing Awards, held on Saturday 26 August 2017.

The Carnarvon based builder was titled 12 awards including the prestigious 2017 HIA Midwest Home of the Year award.

The builder was also recognised for Excellence in Service for a small builder and taking out the awards for Framed Home of the Year and Innovation in Housing Project of the Year.

The new shire house in Northwater Estate took out the Custom Home of the Year and Home of the Year awards and the 15 unit aged care development on George Street for the Housing Authority and the Gascoyne Memorial Foundation Inc took out 5 awards including: Specialised Home of the Year, Townhouse/Villa Development of the Year and Affordable Housing Project of the Year.

Northern Aspect Constructions Managing Director, Kristan Pinner, said the Housing Industry Association was particularly regarded as they focus on building excellence and quality of workmanship.

“I am particularly proud to have received the Innovation in Housing Project of the Year award as this recognises our unique building system”, Mr Pinner said.

“I also recognise the need for more retirement housing in Carnarvon, so to win so many awards for the George Street aged care development, means we are headed in the right direction for further developments in Carnarvon”.
